The Wild Ride...
Day 1 : Night flight to Johannesburg .
Day 2 : Arrival in Johannesburg . Connecting flight to Durban . Transfer to the guesthouse. Night in Durban .
Day 3 : Departure to St Lucia , UNESCO world heritage site! Welcoming by our team. Briefing and Buggy Initiation. Lunch and departure with your buggy to the North coast. Dinner and Night under the stars (or use the tents)
Day 4 : Full day safari in buggy in the Phinda and Mkuze game reserves At the end of the day we arrive at Sodwana Bay, an ideal spot to enjoy the warm Indian oceans waters. Dinner barbecue and Night under the stars (or use the tents).
Day 5 : Departure from Sodwana bay and scenic drive through the sub tropical landscapes dotted with local villages towards Mozambique . This region is untouched by mass tourism and we will set up camp in the "dos Elefantes do Maputo " , reserve established in 1964. Dinner barbecue and Night under the stars (or use the tents).
Day 6 : complete day of relaxation and Safari in Buggy in the elephant park. Or you could choose to walk through the park in the company of a local ranger... Dinner and Night under the stars (or use the tents).
Day 7 : Afrter a morning safari drive we will board the ferry at the Catembe crossing for a visit of Maputo the mozambiquan capital. In the afternoon free time to visit some of the sights, markets and terraces of this vibrant city. Dinner at leisure night at the campsite or a guesthouse (option).
Day 8 : We continue our journey to the west for a visit of the independent mountain kingdom of Swaziland ! We cross the lebombo Mountains on our way to his majesty King Mswati the thirds Royal National Park de Hlane. Dinner et Night at the campsite.
Day 9 : Return to South Africa and afternoon in the Pongola reserve where on the dam we will be able to catch the famous African tigerfish in between the hippos and crocodiles. The park also boosts 300 different bird species on and around the lake. Dinner et Night at the campsite.
Day 10 : In this final leg of the dune buggy tour we cross the famous Hluhluwe-Umfolozi national park to arrive into St Lucia where we will finish in style by sharing a glass of champagne on the beach. Final night in a guesthouse in St Lucia .
Day 11 : Morning at leisure and after lunch in the guesthouse we depart for Richards Bay where we will take the return flight to Johannesburg and connecting flight home.
